1.) How does Direct Survey Work?
After you have completed the sign-up page, you will
receive a toll-free telephone number. Simply login and create your survey by adding questions of any type. Then call your
toll-free number to record your prompts or upload them right from the online manager, using the standard WAV file format.
Once this is complete you can start receiving calls. Keep track of your calls by viewing the reports built in
to the online manager. This is also where you can listen to recorded responses to your questions.

2.) How do I get billed each month after signing up?
You will simply receive an email each month detailing the monthly charge for the upcoming month, in
addition this will show any accumulated per minute charges for the previous month. Click on the link
provided in the email or simply go to paypal.com and make the payment for this amount.
